On African roads and mine sites, a loose wheel, an overheating hub or a stolen tyre can take a truck off the road in seconds. AFTECH’s wheel-loss sensor mounts across the wheel nuts and detects movement of less than 1mm — the earliest possible warning that a nut is working loose — while continuously logging wheel rim and hub temperature.
