Mechanics

Mechanics receive work orders on their App and request the necessary spare parts through the App for approval by the Workshop Manager.

Warehouse

The storeman receives a notification on their App for spares to be assigned once the Workshop Manager has approved the mechanic's request.

Planned maintenance, based on kilometres or engine hours, can be automatically scheduled through integration with our Fleet Telematics solution. Unplanned maintenance can be entered manually, and work order events are generated for both types of maintenance.
